I found a plate that says BI SEAMAN CORPORATION with the numbers 440-14871. The license plate is from Spain. The car was a TAXI of Oviedo a city of Spain. During the Spanish civil war the car was requisitioned. Later it was recovered by a family, and they haven´t documents about the car.
